Space Congestion FTW

If you’ve been checking the January and February 2016 schedules for satellite launches, you might have noticed how busy it is.

According to an article at Inside GNSS, there are several launches coming up over the next couple of months:

  • Launch number five for the Indian Regional Navigation Satellite System (IRNSS)
  • The twelfth and last GPS Block II-F spacecraft by the U.S. Air Force
  • Russia will launch a GLONASS-M satellite
  • China will likely launch the first of three newBeiDou satellites

Later in the year,the European Space Agency plans to launch four new satellites.
